Our Vision

At Living In Principle, we provide a structured, safe, and supportive environment for clients starting their recovery journey. Guided by the 12-Step recovery program, our experienced treatment team assists clients in reintegration and maintaining a healthy lifestyle in recovery.

Clients

We create individualized treatment plans targeting specific areas needing attention, facilitated by our accredited counselors. Our goal is for clients to take responsibility for their recovery, enabling them to live free from addiction.

Family Support

Family sessions are organized by the treating counselor to support reintegration for both the client and their family.

Reintegration

We offer reintegration opportunities to help clients take responsibility and build a life in recovery. In the first phase, clients focus on establishing a constructive routine in society.

Weekly Planner: Clients fill out a weekly planner to structure their daily recovery activities, which includes a minimum of four meetings, step work, sponsor sessions, and personal spiritual maintenance.

Check-In Groups: Regular check-ins during the initial reintegration phase ensure clients meet their recovery requirements, with interventions if necessary.

After clients stabilize in recovery, they move to a phase focused on complete personal responsibility. Random drug testing and monitoring are conducted to identify potential risks. This phase encourages clients to apply what they have learned and take full accountability for their recovery. We reserve the right to revert clients to the first phase if needed.

Life Skills Development

We assist in developing essential life skills, including:

Accountability

Financial responsibility (budgeting, shopping, saving)

Interpersonal communication and conflict resolution

Relapse prevention

Code of Conduct

Residents must adhere to our code of conduct and house rules, which include daily and weekly duties, zero tolerance for substances of abuse, and mandatory attendance at a prescribed number of meetings each week. Random drug tests may be conducted to ensure a substance-free environment.

Your addiction is not you, but it feels like you because you've spent so much intimate time together. Believe you can and you're halfway there.
